Barrio Fiesta Manufacturing Corporation (BFMC) was established to bring to the tables of Filipino families high quality food and to share the experience they gained in Barrio Fiesta restaurants since 1958.

In 1987, BFMC launched their first product – Ginisang Bagoong (Sautéed Shrimp Paste) which made them the first manufacturer of bottled Sautéed Shrimp Paste in the Philippines and in the world. Now that most of our cousins have their own families. Sometimes I wonder how are they right now? It is impossible to visit each and every one, especially now that all are busy. It is also a fact that not all are that financially well to travel. I hope my blogs somehow could at least connect us, even if some of our relatives are in US, Canada, Singapore or in other far places.
